Job Brief:

We are looking for a Customer service specialist. A candidate to join our team in Dubai.

 

Responsibilities:

Includes and doesn’t restrict to:

– Customer support (calling and contacting customers and companies)

– Prepare online orders.

– Other tasks that may be requested by the administrator.

 

Requirements:

– 2 years experience in Customer support or telesales marketing.

– Familiarity with ERP systems and phone systems is a plus

– Cosmetics experience is a plus.

– Strong follow-up, and decision-making skills.

– Perfect English accent. (Arabic speaker is a plus)

– Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully interact with customers.

Working hours:

9 Hours a day, 6 Days a week
Location: Dubai (Required)
